After initial contact, we asked for pictures and a video of the car, which Ronny got to us within minutes. After we decided to purchase the car, it took two days to get us the sales contract. I think they’re short staffed or something. After submitting payment, Ronny arranged for shipping of the vehicle. We received the car in Northern California just one day after it was picked up from the dealership. The car arrived in excellent condition. This whole process went smoothly.
