I was supposed to get a loaner but Miguel said they didn't do that, when asked why would the appointment online asked me if I wanted a loaner if they didn't provide that , he said oh the system will le didn't do that, when asked why would the appointment online asked me if I wanted a loaner if they didn't provide that , he said oh the system will let you ask for anything I said really? Then why would it ask if you want it, he said oh not for an oil change, I said really well last time I spent over 1500 and you guys didn't ask me if I wanted a loaner, he then said oh it doesn't matter how much you spend it's only for customers with a warranty so I was kind of confused with all his different explanations, I would ask headquarters to retrain Miguel on customer service for when asked about this specific situation, and change the appointment online service to not allow customers like me get asked if you want a loaner because my whole day schedule was changed due to the loaner situation...
