Called on a Tuesday about a vehicle. My number was given to a salesman from the sales manager. He reached out to me immediately. Got back to me shortly . I was told I would have to buy vehicle in order to hold it . No problem. Tried to contact sales manager or someone higher up . Was directed to a few different voicemails. Left messages no response. Spoke with fabain again Thursday around afternoon and re assured him I would be there first thing Friday morning at 8.30 . He told me he would message me Thursday night at closing to make sure car was still available. He never let me know. Left Fresno at 4 am . Got to dealership at 8.25 . He was not there . We were greeted by an amazing guy that made the experience a little better JIMMIE HUTTON .! He asked us if we needed help or anything very nice dude .! Very energetic and AWESOME personality.! Told him we were looking for Fabian . So he got Caesar the sales boss . He was very helpful . We found the car he got the keys and showed us around. I would assume that I’d been speaking with this man all week about this vehicle that it would be pulled out from the pile and cleaned . It was filthy inside and out . And buried in cars . Then he let us know Fabian was late and stuck in traffic supposedly. We walked around for 40 minutes and it struck 9 and Fabian was no where to be found. At this point I was very disappointed. We left the dealership out of frustration. Then he started texting calling us . We went back and had car pulled out but was filthy and no dam gas in it . He new some about the car but not much. Went in for discussion of finances. He went to get his Neogotiator which took forever.!! I made a mistake of never reading reviews of this dealership before hand . All the complaints I lived today. Stupid 600+ clear coat that’s on it supposedly. Door end stickers for knicks and scratches for some dumb amount . Then the 1600 swat which is completely useless to us and not necessary. But can’t take it off . Ok whatever. Then the whole warranty. Nothing is explained or showed . Details details details. Asked multiple questions about and explanations about what is and what’s not covered and was never really answered. Fabian didn’t know much as he was very green. Ceaser was really pushy . We finally neogatiated a deal in which I’m still not happy with for driving 8 hours to buy . Fabian reassured me all week I’m going to get a great deal and all this other malarkey. But they were trying to give us exactly what the website said . No deal at all .!! Then noticed we were being charged 600 bucks for black lug nuts and lockers that weren’t even on the xxxx car .! They installed after purchase . So finally settled on deal . Waited way too dam long for that again .40 minutes . Then we finally got to work with the amazing man Jimmie.!! Awesome dude very informative and paying attention to details. Knows what he’s doing and cares about his job . Signed everything and was trying to get the xxxx out of that xxxx place. Jimmy was very professional and concise with the entire process. Went out to see car and waited again for 30 minutes.!! Car finally came up . Noticed a paint run drip blemish on hood that detailers tried to scrub out but they just scratched the crap out of it . Then there’s a dam ding on back of suv . Me or wife never seen it all the times we walked and look at vehicle . Showed Fabian. He discussed with boss . After careful thought my guess is that it was dinged while the paper plates were being installed . Gave us a couple options. I’m done with this dealership and people. Horrible mistake of doing business here . But had to get for the family. I would rather pay more for better customer service and people who care then deal with this . Took my car in for service, brakes all around. When I received my car and drove it, I could feel it pull to the right as I drove it. When I picked up the car it had a new dent with white paint and Miguel claimed that damage was already there. I have proof it was not and I'm planning on taking my car back to get that dent removed by Miguel and Culver City Chevrolet. My experience at Culver City Chevrolet has been very inconvenient, stressful, and expensive. More
