I've taken my Vette there for the last 5 years. They emailed me an offer for an oil change for $119, and they know the kind of car I drive. When I got the bill, it was for $260. Two stars because I think they actually changed the oil and reset the sensors. But from now on, I'll pass on being ripped off. More

Brought in my chevy for check engine light. Was told the repair would be covered under warranty. Picked the car up, CEL came back on immediately. Took the car back, and was told the repair is covered under warranty again. I asked for a rental/loaner so I could go to work. 2 weeks timeframe at this point. I called and texted them twice a week with no update. They ghosted me for another 3 weeks. Then, told me it would be $750 for the repair, and that the rental would be covered until the date they called me back. When the car was ready for pickup, the total was over $2200. At that point, there wasn’t much I could do but pay. I could never get in contact with a supervisor/manager. I’ve been going to dealerships across the country for over 15 years, and never had such a bad experience. This place is shady at best, and I’ll be pursuing legal action. More
