Major lack of communication and lack of follow through between staff. Aside from Miguel and Jesus, no one is friendly and they all seem miserable and overworked. They are very slow. Had to wait 30 minutes between staff. Aside from Miguel and Jesus, no one is friendly and they all seem miserable and overworked. They are very slow.
