Very poor communication sales staff and management. I purchased a trailblazer in October 2023. While I was waiting for the paperwork, the sales staff lost the second set of keys yo my car. I was verbally and it was written on my contract that they would mail me the keys once they were located. I have called 5 different times and now almost a year later. I have never received my second set of keys nor have I gotten a call bavk from management. I will never again purchase a vehicle from this dealership nor will I recommend it to anyone. More
