They always provide you a a time of how long it will take to complete the service and with an appointment it never is that time even when you tell them that you have to get to work. You have to keep going to to complete the service and with an appointment it never is that time even when you tell them that you have to get to work. You have to keep going to the service advisor to check in and push them to get your car out. Going to the dealership is a big pain when you can go to jiffy lube and be in and out in 15 mins or so, not 45-1 hour for a simple oil change. More

I feel as though the customer service is fine. . however, they’re TECHS seem to NOT be as good as they say.. I go in for an oil change and then weeks later get a check engine light?!
