The reps are obviously on commission, and treat you as such if you do not have paid work. I was there for a recall issue and they offered to do a complete check on the older vehicle. They were supposed to such if you do not have paid work. I was there for a recall issue and they offered to do a complete check on the older vehicle. They were supposed to let me know if the vehicle needed any work but they did not say anything. The paperwork said that the rep will discuss with you any items found. I heard nothing. I at least expected to hear that I will need new brakes. I will not go to this deal ever again unless it’s a free recall. I know this is typical of most dealers, as they work on commission, but this is one reason why they have such a bad reputation. More

I rarely write reviews. Having had several negative experiences at another Chevy dealer (I won’t say which but it rhymes with Borrance) I have had only pleasurable experiences at CC Chevy. On Friday I experiences at another Chevy dealer (I won’t say which but it rhymes with Borrance) I have had only pleasurable experiences at CC Chevy. On Friday I arrived at the service desk at 5 minute ms till closing. The girl there was very friendly. Also, the fact that you guys allow drop off after service is closed is HUGE. Borrance doesn’t do that. If I ever buy another Chevy it will be from here. More
The receptionist Ashley was very disinterested in my call and for taking a message for Ivan Gonzalez to call me back. Which he never did. I called back 3 days later and while on the phone with Ivan he began and for taking a message for Ivan Gonzalez to call me back. Which he never did. I called back 3 days later and while on the phone with Ivan he began having another conversation with someone else. He returned to the our call to say he would get back to me regarding why the lease inspection wasn’t taken care of I was scheduled for a recall and lease inspection for the same day and then told that the lease to buy inspection could not be done. As of this writing, I still have not heard back from him. More
Service was okay. Asked for one car and got one with less features that cost more. Being a black man and woman buying a car, we knew our chances of getting a deal were minimal. We didn't think we'd get fleec features that cost more. Being a black man and woman buying a car, we knew our chances of getting a deal were minimal. We didn't think we'd get fleeced on this scale though. According to Truecar, we got stuck with a higher than normal price(in the High category). We really needed a car though. The sales people kept trying use distraction techniques(like showing family video) every time we asked about something. Ended up getting the car only because it was still under the MSRP with the incentives. If you consider buying from them, make sure you have your arms and legs after the transaction. More
Sales guy and finance guy were great. They made the experience great. Dealership manager Oscar is awful and condescending not just to his people but clients. experience great. Dealership manager Oscar is awful and condescending not just to his people but clients. More

My vehicle has a 5k mileage. Jordan failed to inform me over the phone that I have to pay for the servicing and the servicing is not covered by the warranty. So, Jordan mislead me and scheduled an appointm over the phone that I have to pay for the servicing and the servicing is not covered by the warranty. So, Jordan mislead me and scheduled an appointment under false pretense. When I arrived at service center, I was told by Jose, my warranty will be void if I don’t pay $500+ for the 2-year maintenance. I did not know this piece of information when I called for the appointment. Jose was indifferent while he was explaining all this. He even mentioned that “Nissani bothers” is no longer managing this dealership. However, he failed to recognize the issue that I was not informed. Jose exhibited “take it or leave it” kind of demeanor. He did little to nothing to accommodate me and provide an alternative solution. I don’t mind paying for the service. I take issue when business withhold key information and deceive their customers to make a quick bucks and take advantage. I will be happy to take my business somewhere else. I paid $85+tax for the oil change. More
