Flavio was awesome! So far the communication has been great and he even delivered my Traverse on personal time. Thinking about leasing a Blazer for my daughter for her birthday I might reach out to him a great and he even delivered my Traverse on personal time. My experience at Culver City Chevy was pretty awful from start to finish. Let me boil down my ordeal there to three points. 1. The sales guys are friendly, but completely unfocused and weirdly slow moving. I was left alone for nearly two hours while waiting to negotiate my lease terms. And though I repeatedly requested a vehicle return receipt for the Volt I had returned, no one produced this document for me. 2. After finally agreeing on terms for my new car w my salesperson, I had to wait another 90 minutes before I was invited to read my contract w the finance guy. I immediately discovered that the contract had the agreed-upon mileage allowance wrong. This created another long wait, so though I still had not received the vehicle return receipt for my Volt, I gave up and took an Uber home. 3. My salesperson Alexandro phoned me the next morning and kindly offered to pick me up and drive me back to the dealership. Against my better judgement, I agreed. this time my contract had the mileage amount correct, so I signed. Remember, I still hadn’t received my vehicle return receipt, so I stuck my head in the biggest office and asked the men there for it. One of the men told me I’d have to wait another hour for it. I expressed my frustration and the man, who told me he “ran the dealership” cursed me and threatened to tear up the new lease I had just signed. His behavior was extremely unprofessional and me very uncomfortable. I think this man’s name is Alex but I’m not sure. More
