Michelle, you are part of the problem. You were one of the people I was transferred to weeks ago, I left a message and you have still never called back. I have called the number you mention above three times today (6/7/21) and no answer. You are proving my point about your lack of customer satisfaction. I do hope you guys can get your act together or my Chevy will be at the Ford dealer on Centinela where my husband goes and they are fantastic.

This new dealer does not care anymore. It is not a good dealership yet. Hopefully they can get their act together. Chevrolet HQ is being made aware of the details of the multiple issues the dealership is hopefully going to resolve. But for now, they have a long way to go.
