They let the air out of my Silverado's tires! My truck uses LT (Light Truck) tires, which (according tot he owner's manual and the sticker on the door) should be run at 41 PSI cold. I started down the road on my family vacation today just after servicing and I noticed that my truck was handling weirdly and it turns out that my tires had been deflated to 36 PSI. This is an unsafe condition for a fully loaded truck driving through the desert. I finally found a gas station that had a working air compressor and pumped up my tires to the proper inflation pressure. More

The staff at Culver City Chevrolet are all very professional. The Service Team Advisor Jordan is amazing and she knows how to get things done!!! She took plenty of time to go over my options, discu professional. The Service Team Advisor Jordan is amazing and she knows how to get things done!!! She took plenty of time to go over my options, discuss prices and answer my questions. Basically she made sure I completely understood what was necessary. The guys in the shop did great work and I was really pleased with the work on the sidelights. All around in the end I was very satisfied with my experience.
