I was. very disappointed that my car took 10 minutes to fix but I had to wait 3 days for this. I wanted to wait at the dealer for it to be fixed but was tol very disappointed that my car took 10 minutes to fix but I had to wait 3 days for this. I wanted to wait at the dealer for it to be fixed but was told no one was available for a couple of days. Jordan was as accommodating as possible but the dealership doesn't have enough people who know electric car repairs. Very disappointed and not happy with this situation. More

Miguel Padilla is a very kind and attentive person, very professional. When I received my Chevy Colorado ZR2 for a recall, but I don't know what happened because in my Chevrolet app it still appears that I professional. Another thing: the next day when I picked it up, another person told me to go to the cashier so they can give it to you and I just gave them the key and said they would look for it in the parking lot. I found it in the center of several vehicles. I myself had to find a person to move the vehicles to release mine. Now I think I will never return to Culver City Chevrolet for service or to buy any vehicle in the future. Thank you. More
