Bad customer service, after singing a contract they made me sign another one because they made a huge price mistake when selling the one I had. I then get the run around from everyone. A sales rep Alex then me sign another one because they made a huge price mistake when selling the one I had. I then get the run around from everyone. A sales rep Alex then calls me to threaten to take back my vehicle with out even explaining why the contact has to be resigned with our negotiating anything. Only one that knew what he was doing was the finance department Ivan Hernandez… all sales rep were horrible. Flavio was well respectful but didn’t deal with him much. So can’t say much. More
