i was told the car was ready so i came back to the shop via uber to find it was not fixe. the service rep did not call me on the day that i brought the car in as promised nor did he call me the next day e via uber to find it was not fixe. the service rep did not call me on the day that i brought the car in as promised nor did he call me the next day either and i had to call him. i called the service manager on the next business day and left a message with the rep that answered. no call back from the service manager so i called 6 hours later. he said he did not receive the call and that he would call me the next day after he looked into the situation ...its now 3 days later and i have not received a call from the manager ...clearly there are some issues on follow up and handling the customer and this is surprising as i have had good experiences in the past. More

Ruben is the best. He always takes care of me when I go there. Very honest and caring. Great at his job! Went to have my oil changed on sat . When I bought my car in 2018 after a month I realized it wasn't the one I really wanted. But kept it any. So on Saturday I was looking at newer cars chevy equinox. Sales in 2018 after a month I realized it wasn't the one I really wanted. But kept it any.
