It appears to be very unorganized and many of the staff told me incorrect information on multiple occasions. It took me three tries to return my lease and required me to call GM financial to get correct in told me incorrect information on multiple occasions. Since I’ve returned the car, the dealer has called multiple times asking about helping me purchase it at the end of the lease. In my experience the customer service has declined dramatically as ownership has changed over the last decade. More

Very disappointed with the workers and the manager. We were told over the phone there wouldn’t be any charge when we came in. Upon coming in we were told of extra service charge that we didn’t even need o were told over the phone there wouldn’t be any charge when we came in. Upon coming in we were told of extra service charge that we didn’t even need or want. Then being frustrated we advised we will do a review for this team, and the manager got upset and told us he will not even service us and we should take our car to another dealership. Then my mother had to come and beg him to service it. That was so not needed but she felt bad that I took the day off in order to get the oil change done. We were lied to over the phone that it would only be an Oil change, and had bad customer service from the Staff and especially the manager. We won’t be coming to this location again for sure. More
