The salesman Danny seemed a bit unsure about himself quoting misinformation about the car we bought. We asked Danny to check on the reason why the air conditioner was making a hissing noise, we were tol quoting misinformation about the car we bought. The first meeting with the financial person seemed a little frustrating, maybe due to the lateness of the hour, it was near closing time when we got there. But after deciding not to sign papers until the next day, everybody calmed down. The manager was exceptional throughout the entire process!! The manager did get an appointment to have the car checked out the very next day but we don’t understand why It took all day long to put Freon in the A/C system. More
