I had to take my car back for several issues after the initial appointment. I don’t feel safe and secure in my car, mainly cause of their incompetence. They hit my car while it was being fixed. This is the worst service I have ever received. Your service department needs a complete overhaul and extensive training. It was just not clear what this service was going to be. After the service, I picked up my car and immediately notice a lot of warnings on my dashboard. It took another day to fix that. The day after I picked up the car and again the "Camera Warning". I had an informal quote for $1400 but I had the feeling the person I was talking had no idea of the issue. So I asked to look better into it and eventually the quote was $900 but still they did not give me a good explanation of this issue and its cause. I had to wait more than an hour to have my car and I was left alone clueless. What a pain compared to other dealers UPDATE: my car is now completely unable to take any charge right after the service. Good shop just communication between service advisers is not as good as it should be . They called the other phone number while I was waiting when I specifically told them to call my cell which was a number not as good as it should be .
