Terrible service, wasn’t offered any rental car while my car was being worked on, and they had my car for 5 days. I tried calling to get updates on if they had a vehicle available but the service rep never car was being worked on, and they had my car for 5 days. I tried calling to get updates on if they had a vehicle available but the service rep never called me back even after I left voicemail, text messages, and her co workers left her a note saying to give me a call back. She never called me back to even give me a status update about my vehicle. They only thing they did was notify me that my car was done being serviced on the 5th day. More

Took my car for an oil change and then I started getting oil all over my car driveway. I took the car to get checked for the oil leak. What they documented was “oil filter had residue from the last oil chan oil all over my car driveway. I took the car to get checked for the oil leak. What they documented was “oil filter had residue from the last oil change”. They should have documented the technician didn’t close the plug properly. The lady that helped me with my appointment confirmed it was loose but that’s not what the paper says. They clearly have technicians that don’t know what their doing or are lazy to do quality work. I will never lease a car from this dealership. More
