They called to schedule a complimentary oil change, so I booked an appointment. After the service they said the complimentary oil change was dependent on me agreeing to all the services they wanted to add o booked an appointment. So I was charged, and this is after various bad experiences at this dealer, so I will now be looking for a new Chevy dealer to handle all future services on my truck. More
I took car for service 07/19 didn’t get it back till 8/02 14 days later. Wasn’t really making big deal since I had a rental. Which turned out that when I got called car was ready. Like really. A month later I had car towed back to dealer. They service again and once’s more I got a rental. They gave me 3 day complementary and I had to pay for rest of days. This time I was charge different higher rental rate. I asked why, I Was told that within a month the rate increased. I spend over 7000 and the dealer couldn’t provide complementary car. Horrible More
Repairs took way too long. When requesting updates, inaccurate information was provided. Went in to get diagnostic on car's computer software done because the tires were showing different psi levels which I checked and were different than noted. Got car back $225 and they didn't even check air i because the tires were showing different psi levels which I checked and were different than noted. Luis Navarette and Robert did their very best to accommodate me. They were extremely nice and professional. However after 5 days of repair, 2 additional visits and $3000 of work performed to this de accommodate me. They were extremely nice and professional. However after 5 days of repair, 2 additional visits and $3000 of work performed to this dealership for service, my car continues to shut off randomly. I am very afraid to return to this dealership to resolve the issue and have already contacted my warranty company to assist me. I scheduled a diagnostic test to find the issue. I waited 8 hours for an answer but perused the lot for the available cars for sale at least 6 times. Not 1 sales person asked if I needed any help. I'd like to add that in 2018 at this service department, my boyfriend took his 2016 Camaro for a routine oil change which was not performed correctly. It resulted in us being stranded in Hesperia the way to Las Vegas the very next day. It was quite a fiasco. To say the least, I visited this dealership for service against my better judgment and out of convenience for the location. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Even the young lady in the business office was openly irritated by me asking for signed copies of my paperwork. At some points this experience felt felt discriminatory as if service for my vehicle did not matter. More
