I’ve had to bring in my car for service 3 times for a check engine light. I brought my car in Wednesday and was told it would have it by the weekend. Luis Navarrete has helped me each time. He calls me on Saturday at 2:45pm to tell me to pick up my car. He didn’t set up my car for pick up. He didn’t tell me that YOU CLOSE AT 4PM AND ARE CLOSED ON SUNDAY. I get there at 4:15pm BECAUSE I DONT HAVE A CAR!!! You’re Manager Luis acts like there is NOTHING YOU CAN DO FOR ME. I wait for an HOUR just for someone to pick me up. THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME. Overcharged me for labor and the service guy even agreed it was more than it was supposed to be but didn't give me money back. Told them my HUD wasn't working then they charged me 225 to tell me my HUD wasn it was more than it was supposed to be but didn't give me money back.
