I tried calling multiple times and left a voice message to call me back. I've yet to receive a call back from you. Judging from my own experience, it's obvious that the entire Culver City Chevrolet does not care about fixing your car issues or about providing customer service. The service department "forgot" to address the known "Shift to Park" issue I initially came in for, which caused me to make multiple trips back to service. When I picked up my car, I had new problems that I didn't have before. I got a Low Tire pressure message immediately after picking up my car for the third time in 2months. I came back and the service advisor admitted that they didn't perform a Tire Inspection which was written on my service receipt. By far, this is the worst customer experience I've ever experienced.

Hi Michelle. If you could respond to me through this portal, I would greatly appreciate it because I was never specifically informed what I was charged $800 plus dollars. The only thing my rep Luis informed me was that I have within 30 days to bring my car back and have the service completed. I specifically informed Luis that I didn’t need any service done at all because I found someone else who did what I needed to be done to my car for much much less. I look forward to your response.
