I have an extended warranty on my vehicle that includes oil changes . Unfortunately I was unaware that it only applies at the dealership where I purchased my vehicle. I left my car with Robert Billig assur oil changes . Unfortunately I was unaware that it only applies at the dealership where I purchased my vehicle. I left my car with Robert Billig assuring me my warranty was accepted at this dealership. I left and came back once my car was ready to only find out the coverage did not apply at this location and was forced to pay to get my vehicle back . I should have been called and informed by Robert to inform me so that I can authorize service on my vehicle if it was not covered. Robert Billig is a rude and unprofessional individual for the handing of this situation! More

The Culver City Dealership was just ok, the Service Center was just ok. The lead person Rueben (?) was sub par. His demeanor was condescending and unprofessional. His mannerism was so unprofessional I Center was just ok. The lead person Rueben (?) was sub par. His demeanor was condescending and unprofessional. His mannerism was so unprofessional I did not return alone, I had my Husband accompany me to pick up my car. The was a mute point, because my husband was able to hear on speaker phone the lack of professionalism for himself. There were basic mistakes on mileage (since my car is new), assumptions, poor customer service and very poor communication. I will not recommend this dealership and will not return in spite of this being the closest Chevy dealership to my home. More
