Nice guys but poor customer service. I had to visit the dealership numerous times since I couldn’t reach the advisor or his supervisor via the phone. They apparently are just trying to hang on and not do any more work than is necessary. My vehicle was there in the shop for two months and I had to pay out of my pocket for a rental car the first month. Only after speaking to the owner was I given the worst loaner on the lot to use though my vehicle was a 2024 Tahoe. By the way, the engine went out and it was a covered repair but I had to be without my vehicle for over two months with no compensation.. More
