Quite a few items that I was left ghosted on. 1. Finance team incorrectly marked my contract not elg for a refinance but I really was yet no email confirmation of the correction that I asked for 1. This used to be a decent dealership for car service. But it has deteriorated so much. It is just a terrible service now. I'll go elsewhere and suggest the same to you. They've kept my car, without giving me a loaner, for 3 whole weeks, for 2 small matters that wasn't even urgent. I dealt with Giovanni at service. He's probably the worst. Aside from giving me every excuse in the book, the one thing I asked from him was to keep me updated. Instead, I've had to chase him everyday, leaving messages, and he didn't even call back one time. He shouldn't be in that position to make everyone miserable with his absolute lack of care for others. I hope he's removed from that position. I tried to reach Jose, the service manager several times. Not once did he return my call. I guess the place is rotten from top to down. If people like Giovanni see his manager treating customers this way he sees that there's nothing wrong with treating you and I so poorly. More
