Bob, After waiting for 4 months to get a car i cannot delay it any longer. So i will take delivery of the car. I posted this message as of friday. I am talking to Tom now and we are trying to resolve the issue to the extent possible. After that i will remove my review. thanks KRishnan

Bob, I took delivery of the car yesterday though i could not meet with Tom. But Kirsten was very helpful and handled everything smoothly. I have kept my word and changed the review. However i could not bring myself to give a positive review given my experience dealing with Kevin. If you are truly worried about the image and customer service at your dealership you should recoach kevin on how to make a sale without resorting to so many lies. thanks Krishnan
