My overall experience was mixed. It took 4 months to get my car after order was placed and i was not given the dashboard upgrade for which i was charged 800$. But Lydia, Kirsten and others were very respons my car after order was placed and i was not given the dashboard upgrade for which i was charged 800$. But Lydia, Kirsten and others were very responsive though they did not address my concern for not getting what i paid for. One person in the dealership Kevin was worst to deal with. He kept changing his word, lied blatantly and acted like a typical car salesman you hear about. More

I took my 2007 Camry xle for a front end alignment. The service was very friendly and helpful. The car was actually finished faster than promised. All in all it was a good experience. Salesman exerted lot of pressure on me to make a deal the same day. Refused to show me the Costco price unless I agreed to buy. This was after he had promised me to show the price after the test drive. Manag same day. Refused to show me the Costco price unless I agreed to buy. Brought in my Avalon for some warranty service and was pleasantly surprised by the positive experience. My concerns were addressed. In some cases parts needed to be ordered. I was kept informed on the arr pleasantly surprised by the positive experience. My concerns were addressed. In some cases parts needed to be ordered. I was kept informed on the arrival of the parts and within a week things were as good as new. I was even provided a loaner car while the car was being repaired. I am happy to report that I received good service from Crystal eventhough I did not purchase my car from them. More

Very high prices. rude staff and representatives. Did not want me to leave when I found the prices were high. Continuosly asking me for credit card to show my commitment to purchase. Manager offered a price want me to leave when I found the prices were high. Continuosly asking me for credit card to show my commitment to purchase. Manager offered a price and when I asked him to calculate the finance rates, went in the back office to come and tell me that offered price was not possible and I have to pay sticker price which was 15% more than invoice. I walked out without buying the car. Toyota may be great cars but have bad dealers!! More
