Let me walk from the Jeep Brand I negotiated a price on a new Jeep online with Mark. Was good to go pending the offer on my Jeep trade in. I went into the dealership and was handed o I negotiated a price on a new Jeep online with Mark. Was good to go pending the offer on my Jeep trade in. I went into the dealership and was handed off to another salesman (Herb?) because Mark was dealing with a customer at the time. Let me preface by saying that this would have been my fifth Jeep purchase from this dealership. However, the lowball offer on my trade-in made the deal go south. I did the homework on the value of the Jeep trade-in and the offer was not even close. The Jeep trade-in value could go up by almost $3,000 if I was willing to purchase from the lot but not on the need to order Jeep I wanted. I asked for the keys to my Jeep and walked. No followup telephone call, no NOTHING. This is how a loyal customer is to be treated? No thanks. I will take my business elsewhere and I will probably even leave the brand after this experience.
