3rd new Jeep vehicle purchased. I placed my order for a new 2019 Jeep Compass Trailhawk on the 1st of September 2018. I picked it up from the Dealership on the 17th of November 2018 I placed my order for a new 2019 Jeep Compass Trailhawk on the 1st of September 2018. I picked it up from the Dealership on the 17th of November 2018. Everything was already completed prior to arriving at the Dealership, the Protection Package, Pre-Approved financing. It only took my wife and I about 30 to 45 minutes to finalize all of the Paperwork. This is the 3rd new Jeep vehicle that we have purchased from Crystal Lake Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge in the last year and a half. I would highly recommend this Dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More

Poor repair and sales service I dropped my jeep off for a scheduled radiator fan replacement and oil change. The repacement parts were damaged during shipment, prolonging the leng I dropped my jeep off for a scheduled radiator fan replacement and oil change. The repacement parts were damaged during shipment, prolonging the lenght of my tome without a vehicle. My son’s truck was at the dealership as well (with a wrong diagnosis from the mechanic) I actually had to ask to borrow a loaner car. Picked my car up and drove it less than 10 miles before all the coolant started to pour out. Turned around and returned the jeep to the dealership. Seems there was a small leak in the radiator that was hidden by Stop Leak. I was quoted an additional $650.00. To fix it. I asked if your dealship would work with me on pricing - you woulden’t. With this very disturbing news, I was on my cellphone explaining to my family that I should trade in the car and get something diffrent - All 4 of your sales staff completley ignored me as they were busy on their cell phones. Well, I am left with towing my vehicle to another repair station that won’t charge as much😡 More
