Poor repair and sales service I dropped my jeep off for a scheduled radiator fan replacement and oil change. The repacement parts were damaged during shipment, prolonging the leng I dropped my jeep off for a scheduled radiator fan replacement and oil change. The repacement parts were damaged during shipment, prolonging the lenght of my tome without a vehicle. My son’s truck was at the dealership as well (with a wrong diagnosis from the mechanic) I actually had to ask to borrow a loaner car. Picked my car up and drove it less than 10 miles before all the coolant started to pour out. Turned around and returned the jeep to the dealership. Seems there was a small leak in the radiator that was hidden by Stop Leak. I was quoted an additional $650.00. To fix it. I asked if your dealship would work with me on pricing - you woulden’t. With this very disturbing news, I was on my cellphone explaining to my family that I should trade in the car and get something diffrent - All 4 of your sales staff completley ignored me as they were busy on their cell phones. Well, I am left with towing my vehicle to another repair station that won’t charge as much😡 More
