Jeep Grand Cherokee constant service needed I bought my ‘14 JGC in Dec ‘17 and ever since I’ve had to take it in for service every 3 - 4 months. Something is always wrong with it. I’ve been very I bought my ‘14 JGC in Dec ‘17 and ever since I’ve had to take it in for service every 3 - 4 months. Something is always wrong with it. I’ve been very disappointed with this purchase of all the vehicles I’ve ever owned in my life. Most recently at 86,000 miles I had to have the transmission replaced and was told the shifter wouldn’t be sticky anymore but the shifter still has issues. I’m so sick of taking it in and finding another problem. More

Although I wasn’t dealing with them, I overheard profanity being used (F-bombs), and one sales guy was on a mission to find a set of keys and it had to become known to everyone in the dealership. He even reprimanded an employee in earshot of most people. I am not a person who is offended by foul language, but know that many are and the dealer had several customers, who may have found this a bit ridiculous. More
