POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Called in the morning without an appointment to get my Jeep oil changed. Got out of my car and waited for about 15 minutes as everyone just ignored me and walked around me and my Jeep as if I were invisible. When someone did approach me, I was told that there were 8 vehicles in front of me, none of which had been written up and that it would take a while,to get to me. I tod them that I would take my business elsewhere where I would get better Customer Service and I did. Jiffy Lube on Date Palm. in and out in 20 minutes. ?? More

The only service is "Lip Service" I took my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit in for a routine oil change, and made an appointment one week later to deal with 3 service issues: 1)blue sm I took my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit in for a routine oil change, and made an appointment one week later to deal with 3 service issues: 1)blue smoke exhaust problem; 2)annoying dash rattle; 3) computer updates. After dropping my vehicle at 7:00am on a Thursday(I was the first one there), I returned home to find oil on the garage floor, so called my Service Consultant, Brian Harvey to add this to the other 3 items - strange to have an oil leak after an oil change. I never received the agreed phone call with an update, so returned at 4:30pm to discover my SUV hadn't even been looked at ("we were too busy"). The promised update for 10:00am the next day never happened - called, and received a return call late in the day that the vehicle wasn't done. Promised to have it ready on Saturday before noon, and I'd get an update by 10:00am. No call came. No work done. Sunday closed. Monday I drove to the dealership at 4:00pm and received a relentless runaround, only to be advised the "mechanic" who was working on my SUV called in sick, and there was no one else to work on it. I requested the oil leak be fixed, and the vehicle be returned on Tuesday and it was picked up at 5:30pm. The work order showed the oil leak fixed, that a rattle in the glove box was fixed, and the computer updates done, but the blue smoke not repaired. On the drive home, the rattle was still there, and in my home I looked under the vehicle and oil was still leaking. I have never seen a dealership fail at so many levels. Clearly the owner has no monitoring structure in place, the Service Manager was uninvolved, Brian Harvey was a master at 'lip service' by promising anything you asked, but never delivering. And he was unconcerned when confronted about all the failed telephone call follow-ups. Avoid this dealership at all costs. More
Superior Service I love going to Chrysler for my cars and service. I owned a Dodge Caravan and when I decided on a new car I made a HUGE MISTAKE and went to Hyundia (c I love going to Chrysler for my cars and service. I owned a Dodge Caravan and when I decided on a new car I made a HUGE MISTAKE and went to Hyundia (car falling apart daily). I finally reached the breaking point and went back to chrysler. I bought a Dodge Journey and cannot be happier. I get compliments on it all the time. I can call the service department and tell them the problem and they let me know whetther I need to come in or if it's something minor that can wait. When I do take it in like yesterday for an oil change and to check a tire, the service was immediate, and they even washed it!! I always recommend Chrysler. More

I have been the biggest skeptic of dealership service centers for years. Never trusted them... until now. Alonzo was upbeat, professional, customer service oriented and promised he would do his best to centers for years. Never trusted them... until now. Alonzo was upbeat, professional, customer service oriented and promised he would do his best to keep the price down. His sincerity put my mind at ease. At the end, Alonzo kept his promise! A dealership service center that didn't try to over price and kept the estimate cost as my final cost is an amazing thing! I am very pleased with Crystal Chrysler and will definitely be back for routine maintenance and repairs (if needed). They truly embody the 5 Star rating they hold! More

I first visited Crystal Chrysler in 1997 when i needed service on a used car, which makes this the 15th year i've been doing business there. I have had many instances where the problem could've been a nig service on a used car, which makes this the 15th year i've been doing business there. I have had many instances where the problem could've been a nightmare but they solved it to satisfaction, going to whatever lengths they had to. I was worried when they restructured and when they changed ownership, but the changes have been positive. I still giggle that they have to sell "clown cars" (fiats) however, fiats are one of the most reliable vehicles on the planet--i just think they're funny. Many of the original faces are still there to greet me and give great service. My family collectively owns six dodge trucks and they've all been to crystal for one thing or another..and i've always been happy with my final results and repairs. I always get honest advice and that's why i call them first with any problems. Today i saw someone griping about a really common situation and that's what made me take the time to review Crystal today :) More
