I tried for days to reach someone to schedule an appointment and never got a call back. I finally decided to try the wrong department and I reached Carlos in parts. He told me they were fully boo appointment and never got a call back. I finally decided to try the wrong department and I reached Carlos in parts. He told me they were fully booked, but when I explained I was going on a road trip and really needed to get in, he worked with Alex and told me Alex would fit me in. Carlos was so helpful, even though it wasn’t his area, great customer service! I really appreciate Carlos and Alex going above and beyond to provide great service to me! Alex even applied an online coupon I didn’t know about to save me money. The only recommendation I have is for the call center. I was very frustrated by that, but don’t want to give a lower score because Carlos and Alex are great and I left happy! More
