Crystal Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

On 9/29/22 I took my car for oil change and tire rotations and I end up paying $375. They had me drop off my car and it took 2 days for them to return my car. I feel that they rip me off since they rotations and I end up paying $375. They had me drop off my car and it took 2 days for them to return my car. I feel that they rip me off since they charged me $165 for check and Advise ?!?!? xxx is that fee for ? When I pick up my car the told me that I needed new tire which I already knew. When I ask the representative why they charge that for since they couldn’t find anything wrong with my car he told me that it was because they drove my car and inspected. Ain’t they supposed to do that anyways when they bring in their car for service?!? Extremely upset and NEVER bringing my car back to that place I will ensure that I spread the word on social media as well for such a poor service and for stilling $165 dollars !!! More

Had work done there and wasnt happy with service and amount of time it took to get work done. Service writers were hard to get answers from. I had a friend work there and he told me all the employees ar amount of time it took to get work done. Service writers were hard to get answers from.
