Worst customer service I have experience in an auto dealership. When you walk up to service desk 2 or 3 of them standing around talking couple others just staring off into space, takes a number of min dealership. Received a message vehicle was ready, telephone number to call back was nonworking number, called dealership left voicemail no answer after 1 hour and 40 minutes call back again went to music on hold finally asked the operator to send a driver to pick me up and after $1529 the vehicle was not even washed More

Crystal Chrysler is a great place get service on my 2005 Dodge Ram truck. I moved to the area so it was nice to find a dealer that was easy to make appointments.
