I'D GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD The service department is HORRIBLE. The first time i took my Durango in for recalls i made an appointment they didn't even touch it for several days. I finally just picked it up. resent i took it back to get the recalls taken care of and told them i didn't want the same thing as last time. WELL Almost two weeks later i still don't have my vehicle. I've called several times all week. I've left voice mails I've talked to several people. " it being worked on as we speak" " it will be ready Friday morning" "techs off today so it wont be ready till Monday" "the GM will be in at 9am if you would like to talk to him" "the GM is not in today call back Monday" ALL of it is BS. giving me the run around. I WISH I COULD JUST TOW IT TO ANOTHER SERVICE CENTER. oh just found out its not even in the service bay. no service notes or anything. DO not take your vehicle there. More

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Called in the morning without an appointment to get my Jeep oil changed. Was told they were too busy that morning and to bring it in at 1:30pm and they would get right on it. Pulled up,to the Service Center at 1:30. Got out of my car and waited for about 15 minutes as everyone just ignored me and walked around me and my Jeep as if I were invisible. When someone did approach me, I was told that there were 8 vehicles in front of me, none of which had been written up and that it would take a while,to get to me. I tod them that I would take my business elsewhere where I would get better Customer Service and I did. Jiffy Lube on Date Palm. in and out in 20 minutes. ?? More

I asked for his boss and was told he was not there he left for the day. Needless to say I left and will drive to another chrysler before I ever go back.i used to get great service thats why I purchased another vehicle there.what the heck happened here? More
The only service is "Lip Service" I took my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit in for a routine oil change, and made an appointment one week later to deal with 3 service issues: 1)blue sm I took my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit in for a routine oil change, and made an appointment one week later to deal with 3 service issues: 1)blue smoke exhaust problem; 2)annoying dash rattle; 3) computer updates. After dropping my vehicle at 7:00am on a Thursday(I was the first one there), I returned home to find oil on the garage floor, so called my Service Consultant, Brian Harvey to add this to the other 3 items - strange to have an oil leak after an oil change. I never received the agreed phone call with an update, so returned at 4:30pm to discover my SUV hadn't even been looked at ("we were too busy"). The promised update for 10:00am the next day never happened - called, and received a return call late in the day that the vehicle wasn't done. Promised to have it ready on Saturday before noon, and I'd get an update by 10:00am. No call came. No work done. Sunday closed. Monday I drove to the dealership at 4:00pm and received a relentless runaround, only to be advised the "mechanic" who was working on my SUV called in sick, and there was no one else to work on it. I requested the oil leak be fixed, and the vehicle be returned on Tuesday and it was picked up at 5:30pm. The work order showed the oil leak fixed, that a rattle in the glove box was fixed, and the computer updates done, but the blue smoke not repaired. On the drive home, the rattle was still there, and in my home I looked under the vehicle and oil was still leaking. I have never seen a dealership fail at so many levels. Clearly the owner has no monitoring structure in place, the Service Manager was uninvolved, Brian Harvey was a master at 'lip service' by promising anything you asked, but never delivering. And he was unconcerned when confronted about all the failed telephone call follow-ups. Avoid this dealership at all costs. More

My first car I went to crystal to look at some muslce cars, a 14' challenger caught my attention and my dad and I looked at it and checked it out. Todd approached I went to crystal to look at some muslce cars, a 14' challenger caught my attention and my dad and I looked at it and checked it out. Todd approached us and he asked us how was our day going and if there was anything he can help us with. We asker him about the challenger and he told us the details and he have us the keys and we took it for a spin. He did some paper work and then showed us. He told me if i would be interested in a charger, he said its the same engine just a sedan. We took a look at them and he did everything he could to help my father and I. Thanks to Todd I went home in a brand new 14' charger!! More
