Never before was I so completely put off by a car buying experience. I stayed with them because what I was looking for had been, so far, a nearly impossible task. (I needed a small van, but not a minivan, and they have Dodge CV that fit my needs) The salesman that I spoke with turned into a semi-reappearing ghost, returning phone calls in 2 or 3 days. Finally got there, they had the truck I needed, and I was immediately shuttled off the a "sales manager" rather than the man I had been dealing with. That manager made me want to run home and take a shower He was the epitome of the sleazy scummy car salesman. He finished the deal and I went to sign papers as fast as I could just to get my truck and get out of there. Now I called the service dept. to get an arm rest fixed and pressed 2 for service, but got the operator, Finally connected, all I got was a voice recording telling me to leave my number and they will call me back. I'm guessing I'll get that call in 2 pr 3 days. I'll let you all know. NEVER again will I have anything to do with Crystal Dodge unless it its a warrantied repair. More

Unbelievably terrible service! It's truly mind blowing that service can actually be this bad. If you have an alternative to Crystal Chrysler Jeep, I highly suggest you take it. Sh It's truly mind blowing that service can actually be this bad. If you have an alternative to Crystal Chrysler Jeep, I highly suggest you take it. Short story: took our Jeep Liberty in to repair the window regulator motor, which is a very common problem with this make / model and has broken on every window, and in this case, more than once. Called Chrysler / Jeep Hq. in Detroit to see if they would offer any consideration. They made several attempts over a few days to reach Crystal Chrysler to get some details, never got a return phone call. After our Jeep sitting at Crystal Chrysler for well over a week, decided to go and just pick it up and deal with the issue elsewhere. When I got there, not only did I have to pay the $129 diagnostic fee (which was just plain insulting), but they brought my Jeep around with the back window down (because of the issue), the door panel torn out and strewn across the back seat. In short, our Jeep had been sitting outside with the back window down for a week and a half...to say it was filthy inside and out would be an understatement...and brought the car to me with the panel still removed and in multiple pieces. Are you kidding me? I swear I thought on was on Candid Camera! Pointed it out to service fellow on duty (manager not there) and "at least let me put it back together for you and tape the window shut." Which they did. So after a week and a half: no repair, Jeep left outside with window down for entire time, car was absolutely filthy inside and out, returned to me with the door panel strewn apart, and for all this, I got the privilege of paying the $129 diagnostic fee. Pathetic and insulting are the two words that come top of mind. More

They're supposed to have a memorial day weekend sale, that's before May 30. So far i love my Chrysler 300 3.6L V6 AWD! More

Sales Dept. Suprisingly a Big Disappointment I stopped by this dealership to get a quote on leasing a new, 2016 vehicle. The General Manager welcomed me and introduced me to the Sales Manager wh I stopped by this dealership to get a quote on leasing a new, 2016 vehicle. The General Manager welcomed me and introduced me to the Sales Manager while explaining the Sales Manager would take good care of me. They were friendly and assured me they would get in touch with me after researching the new vehicle I was hoping to lease. They spent a reasonable amount of time with me and knew exactly what I wanted. Since they had to research locating a vehicle that matched my needs or had to determine if my vehicle needed to be factory ordered, they adamantly promised to get back to me. If you can believe it, I NEVER heard from them again. Since I'm in sales myself, I was shocked that a General Manager of an auto dealership as well as the dealership's SALES MANAGER could be so apathetic, unprofessional, and generally disinterested in helping a motivated customer. For good salesmanship and follow-through in purchasing or leasing a new car, I suggest looking elsewhere. More
