Horrible experience 02/08 purchased and delivered 2019 Ram. On 02/15 after countless calls to Finance 16 credit inquiries could not finance returned Ram on Monday 02/18 a 02/08 purchased and delivered 2019 Ram. On 02/15 after countless calls to Finance 16 credit inquiries could not finance returned Ram on Monday 02/18 after I initiated calls to find out status. Major credit score drop due to 16 inquiries. Salesman was GREAT... asked why with high 600s score 77K provable w2 income why they couldn't get deal done. Still no response. This experience was horrible and very disappointing why hand someone a car and not get the deal done ??? Lost a customer and the shame is we are a 2 jeep family so weve been loyal to the brand. Very BAD Service Very Bad Service. Had to wait 2.5 hours to get an oil change and have my tires rotated. They told me they couldn’t rotate my tires because my key for Very Bad Service. Had to wait 2.5 hours to get an oil change and have my tires rotated. They told me they couldn’t rotate my tires because my key for the wheels was missing. Last time I had my tires rotated was there at Crystal Chrysler Jeep dealer. I don’t know what they did with my key. The service man Ralph Heraldez told aineoulf have to pay then to have them chancge my wheel locks. I don’t think I should have to incur any charges for something that the dealer did. They did not put back my key last time I had my tires rotated. I am very upset over this. I need someone to call ASAP. Irene More
