Honest and Reliable Dealer Let me start off by saying what a refreshing experience to deal with a dealership that actually cares about their customers. I called in about a car I Let me start off by saying what a refreshing experience to deal with a dealership that actually cares about their customers. I called in about a car I saw on Craigslist and after speaking briefly about the car I decided I wanted to come test drive it. I went the following morning and I loved the car I just had to run it by the wife first before moving forward, which they were super nice and understanding about. I ran it by the wife and showed her the pictures and she loved it. Sadly when I called the following morning it had just been sold. I was a little discouraged, but I was the only one to blame because I opted out of giving a deposit. They offered to source me a similar car, but I would have to give a deposit because as they explained this car is being purchased specifically for me and if I decided to back out they would be stuck with extra inventory. They assured me they have the auction inspect the car and then have a private mechanic also look it over and offer a money back guarantee. After speaking with my wife, I pulled the trigger and decided why not? It was fully refundable and I had nothing to lose. In the next coming days they sent me a ton of different vehicles available at auction and other wholesale sources they had exclusive access to. Fast forward a week later they had my new car ready and all maintenance was done. It’s been 4 months now and the car is still running amazing. I’ve been meaning to leave this review for a while because people are so quick to bash a place but not commend them when they do right. Thank you Cruz Autos! You guys have made a permanent customer of me! More

Best service I’ve encountered! I went in to test drive a car, I was greeted and promptly someone went to get the keys to the car.
