VERY POOR SERVICE I went there because I had bought from them in the past. However I didn't know that the same people were not running the business now. They were more than happy to make a good deal to sale me a 2019 Jeep Cherokee latitude , but then they refuse to even talk about servicing it when I got water in the lights and then the hood started coming up. I had to take it to another Jeep dealer to get warranty work done. The other dealership said that they had been getting a lot of complaints about Crowson Auto World in Louisville MS. I definitely want be back to them, and I'm already planning to buy a new Ram. So Crowson lost that 65,000 deal. More

Poor sales experience, avoid this dealer I saw a vehicle listed and contacted Jason Carr about it. I asked for the best price on it. He told me I needed to come in to look at it and get the price. I explained to him that I was a 2 and a half hour drive and would like the price before I drove over. Jason stated he would check with the sales manager and get the lowest acceptable price for it. 4 and a half hours later he tells me the price. The price was $4000.00 over the KBB price listed in the ad. I tell Jason I am not interested and he then says make us a offer. I refused to make a offer since he had already told me the lowest price the sales manager would accept. Jason then informs me he makes a living selling cars and I am "wasting his time". I found his attitude and sales tactics disrespectful and unprofessional. His skill set matched selling $3.00 burgers at McDonalds better than $30,000 plus Jeeps. My advice is to shop elsewhere. More
