I have been a loyal client for 23 years receiving service for my 1989 Volvo 780 Bertone. I scheduled my service online and it was a hassle-free procedure. Upon entry, I met with Charlie Apple, the service manager and we had a nice discussion about my well-preserved car and what Volvo has to offer in new autos and technological advancements. I have interacted with Samantha Scollo for a number of years and she has exemplified courtesy and professionalism each and every time. I recently came in due to a turbo hose malfunction and was pleased with the work performed by Jake, my technician.
