Excellent Service from Brian Tessitore on my XC90 V8 I bought a used XC90 V8 from another dealer that had some issues. Brian was able to get me a convenient appointment and explain all the items and the I bought a used XC90 V8 from another dealer that had some issues. Brian was able to get me a convenient appointment and explain all the items and the plan of correction. He provided a service loaner since it was going to take longer than expected with parts to order. The issues were fixed correctly and the vehicle was ready the next day. It appears Brian is wearing many hats at the dealer and performed all roles exemplary. I feel confident the issues are fixed and will use Crown Volvo again for my service needs. I also was very impressed with the Service Tech who worked on my car. He could have been my Grandpa and seemed to really have attention to detail. I understood from speaking to Mary in Sales that many of the Service Techs are Master Technicians who have been at this dealer for decades. Refreshing to know. Thanks! More
