Crown Volvo - Samantha Scollo I had a mechanical issue that needed immediate attention and I was able to get a same day appointment at Crown Volvo. Samantha Scollo was my service r I had a mechanical issue that needed immediate attention and I was able to get a same day appointment at Crown Volvo. Samantha Scollo was my service representative and she did an excellent job in getting me checked in and later on in the day informing me of what repairs were necessary and what the cost would be. My car was ready by 3:00 PM the same day and my mechanical issue was resolved. I have dealt with Samantha Scollo on a number of occasions at Crown Volvo and she has always been very attentive in overseeing what ever service issue that I have. More

Thorough explanations, courteous service Knowing that my C70 needed some repairs, I stopped by Crown Volvo. I was very fortunate to speak with Brian Tessitore. He took the time to give me thorough explanations of what needed to be done and immediately set me up with an appointment. When I arrived at the appointment, Brian again explained what needed to be done and how long it would take. I was extremely pleased with my treatment and the quality of work. I will not hesitate to call on Brian again if I have any further work and am happy to have a dealership that I can depend upon. More

Top notch service I'm not writing this because of the delicious Chai tea in their state of the art coffee machine, or because of the new and substantially improved buil I'm not writing this because of the delicious Chai tea in their state of the art coffee machine, or because of the new and substantially improved building that Volvo moved into (far surpassing their old building in Clearwater), but because everyone there was so very nice to me when I went in for something as simple as a new battery. Even the big screen TV with a view of the new service bays was impressive. Samantha Scollo was my service point person, and she did a great job letting me know how long it would be for the technicians to determine what was wrong with the car (just needed a new battery). Although they could have used another set of large comfy chairs and another sofa on this particular day (the good seats were taken), I found a reasonably comfortable seat at a nearby table and was greeted by numerous staff, making sure I had what I needed. Mary Mattingly went so far as to make me a chai tea and a hot cocoa for my son. Derrick Smith came over to say hello, recognizing me from past visits. My car was washed and vacuumed when ready for me to drive home and Brian Tessitore handed me my key and directed me to my vehicle with a smile and a Happy New Year. Very nice experience! More

Excellent Service by a Great Dealership Took my XC60 Ocean Racer to Crown Volvo for service. I arrived early & Samantha Scollo came right out to help me with my service needs. She greeted me with a big smile & asked if she could help me. I told her I had an appointment & she took down my service needs on the work order. Like always I was t greeted with a smile & a professional service advisor. When my car was completed I came back to the dealership & got the same professional service.
