After being told that my 30k warranty service would take most of the day by the Tampa dealer I went to the Clearwater Volvo location. It took less than 2hrs to complete the warranty check,replace rear brake most of the day by the Tampa dealer I went to the Clearwater Volvo location. It took less than 2hrs to complete the warranty check,replace rear brake pads,perform wheel alignment and install new wipers. Brian T was great! He patiently answered numerous questions. More

Samantha Scollo is the service advisor I have dealt with, so far, and in both occasions she has been very professional and well informed. She clearly stated what would be done to the car and the approximate amount of time it would take (she was right on). It was a simple recall, but it was completed without problems and the car was even washed before being returned to me. A nice experience! More

As I related to Brian, we had our previous Volvo serviced at Crown Volv We received great customer service from both Crown Volvo and Brian Tessitore. As I related to Brian, we had our previous Volvo serviced at Crown Volvo and although we live in Land O Lakes and there are other Volvo dealers closer to our house, we are very comfortable with the great service we always receive from Crown. As we had not met Brian before, we were very pleased that he carried on the great customer service we have always received from Crown. He had our 10K mile service taken care of and as we were just returning back to the States from an overseas assignment, our navigation system and maps had to be converted back to US specs. All done on time and we were kept informed of the status the entire time. We will continue to return to Crown for our Volvo servicing. More

Brian Tessitore is great service advisor. Upon noticing my low tire gauge was on, I came to the new dealership. Brian gave me the tour - including viewing my vehicle in the service area & coffee bar.
