Outstanding service from Brian Tessitore and the service team getting some last minute work done to my Volvo. I brought it in for a routine oil change and ended up needing a timing belt and a few other thin team getting some last minute work done to my Volvo. Brian Tessitore has provided outstanding customer service for years. He is one of the reasons that I keep coming back to Crown. You can't ask for better customer service. Just met Leanne Payne in the Finance Dept. She explains everything carefully and really knows how to work with the customers. She, too, is a great addition. I have been buying Volvos since the mid 1980s. The 2021 model is my favorite yet. Crowns' new location really raises the bar. More

If you want a Service Advisor who is 1) prompt with their follow-up, 2) technically competent, 3) genuinely cares about you as a client, 4) tries to keep your repair cost down while ensuring you have a well- follow-up, 2) technically competent, 3) genuinely cares about you as a client, 4) tries to keep your repair cost down while ensuring you have a well-running and safe vehicle, and 5) makes meaningful efforts to minimize the disruption to your schedule, then Brian Tessitore is who you need to request for your next Volvo Service visit. Brian understands that bringing a vehicle into service can be a real inconvenience, and sometimes expensive. He does whatever is possible to minimize the disruption and make it a pleasant experience.
