Yesterday I brought my 2020 XC40 in for the first yearly factory service visit and my experience was very good. The advisor, Samantha Scollo, is very professional and does not waste time in unnecessary chit factory service visit and my experience was very good. Brian gave me a very accurate estimate of my requested repairs and scheduled an appointment the following day offering Crown Volvo within one hour!
