We have owned Volvo's since 1984 and love them! We have had excellent vehicle service on our 2015 Volvo at Crown. Brian kept us informed during the maintenance and/or repair process and is currently workin had excellent vehicle service on our 2015 Volvo at Crown. Brian kept us informed during the maintenance and/or repair process and is currently working towards obtaining assistance from VOLVO regarding a particular issue that existed during most of the warranty period and hopefully will soon be resolved. Brian T is the best customer service representative in the maintenance department. If it were not for him I would have unnecessarily spent $10,000 on rejuvenating my 2002 Volvo. Instead he has talked me the maintenance department. If it were not for him I would have unnecessarily spent $10,000 on rejuvenating my 2002 Volvo. Instead he has talked me into buying either a 2021 or 2022 Electric XC40, XC60, XC90. His manager should be proud of him and give him the sales commission. More
