Mr. Brian Tessitore was great in every aspect of this service visit as he has been before. When I made the appointment he inquired about the best day for me. How long it was great in every aspect of this service visit as he has been before. When I made the appointment he inquired about the best day for me. How long it should take. Did I need a loaner what the cost could be. It worked best for me to get the auto in earlier than the shop opened as I had a meeting to get to he was there early to take the auto from me. I needed it back before noon and he said he would make every effort to do that. He did I had it back and was on my way. The only way it could have been better was if it was free (joke). The charges were what Mr. Tessitore stated. It had rained that day but the auto was still washed and interior cleaned. More

Scheduled maitenance Brian Tessitore always takes care of Lynn and I and our Volvo's with real customer service and professionalism. The Monday that I was in, I waited fo Brian Tessitore always takes care of Lynn and I and our Volvo's with real customer service and professionalism. The Monday that I was in, I waited for my car, and found after the fact that Brian was single handing the administration entirely himself and 4 cars had pulled up when I arrived. He was greeting customers, filling them in on what was needed or found, writing up invoices and accepting cash all alone. No one else was there to help him and he did it without complaining, or griping. Just getting the job done. Great job, Brian! More

Life Saved by Volvo & Crown Volvo Clearwater After a very bad car accident, my 2017 S90 was totaled, but it saved my life. The car did everything it was supposed to do including Volvo On Call spe After a very bad car accident, my 2017 S90 was totaled, but it saved my life. The car did everything it was supposed to do including Volvo On Call speaking to me within seconds of impact. Two weeks later, I called Crown Volvo Clearwater to speak with Derrick Smith who helped get me into my new car last year. As soon as I told him what happened, we scheduled a time to meet since I will ONLY drive Volvos; safety first. We test drove a couple of cars, but I knew I ultimately wanted an SUV to feel even safer. (I have only driven Volvo sedans since 1991). Lastly he recommended that I test drive a 2018 Volvo XC90. It immediately get comfortable, as it is essentially an SUV version of my previous sedan. I love the people who work at Crown Volvo! They’re always incredibly helpful and I will continue to lease with them for all of my future Volvo needs. More
