Great Service and Friendly Techs My Outback overheated unexpectedly while I was in Chattanooga and I had to be towed in the middle of the night, leaving me slightly stressed to say th My Outback overheated unexpectedly while I was in Chattanooga and I had to be towed in the middle of the night, leaving me slightly stressed to say the least. The techs, especially Tenesa, were extremely accommodating and understanding of my rush to get back to Nashville. They thoroughly reviewed the problem, helped me understand it, and gave me options on how to fix the issue which isn't something I've been used to with car repairs lately. The courtesy car was really nice and they were extremely responsive when there was a small issue after the repair. I can't say enough nice things about my experience! More
