Lots of questions regarding the repairs done and the repairs still needed. We were not comfortable with the explanation by the mechanic Steve , and discussing the issues with him ,he took my questioning repairs still needed. LJ Barbee was just the best ever salesman. He didn't pressure me at all but helped me decide to get a Nissan Sentra. The other guys there are just as nice. Within 2 days of purchasing a used vehicle from another dealership, we had problems with the battery holding a charge. Since there was remaining warranty we called Crown Nissan. They got us in on the same dealership, we had problems with the battery holding a charge. Since there was remaining warranty we called Crown Nissan. They got us in on the same day, did a full inspection and replaced the battery all under warranty and at no cost to us. More
