Long story short, back and forth over infotainment screen/ camera replacement. 3 trips to dealer. 1 st to diagnose issue. 2nd to replace unit but ordered wrong size. 3rd to install correct size but no screen/ camera replacement. 3 trips to dealer. 1 st to diagnose issue. 2nd to replace unit but ordered wrong size. 3rd to install correct size but not all parts arrived though called to say pay arrived and appt made. Then issue developed between Nissan and dealer over warranty coverage. Dealer told Nissan issue was internal, not caused by owner. Nissan determined cause was external, caused by owner and would not be warranty covered. Total xx. The protective plastic screen covering was just recently removed and car only has 16000 miles. Issue was NOT caused by external owner issue. More
