Experience filled with hassle and dissatisfaction. Contacted dealership regarding a pre-owned Jeep. Initial response was favorable, discussed price, agreed on price contingent on add dissatisfaction. Contacted dealership regarding a pre-owned Jeep. Initial response was favorable, discussed price, agreed on price contingent on additional pictures and negotiating out of state transit. That's when the circus began. Was told I'd be contacted with pics and details, only to be ghosted. Upon searching for the vehicle again, I noticed that they raised the price by $1,002. After several messages, I was finally contacted a couple days later and told they couldn't price as low as they 1st stated without financing through them...asked for their best rates, no response...expressed that I'd still move forward at the 1st advertised price, no response. This isn't the way to do business and the greed shown after they realized they priced their own vehicle too low was a slap in the face. Maybe this review costs them more than the $1000 they increased the price by. Be very cautious showing much interest in one of their online prices...or simply look elsewhere. More
I brought I brand new Versa from this dealership and within 3 months something was damaged on the car. The damage was not from anything I did. The heat shield (located under the car) had merely just fallen off, but this dealership and it's employees were not willing to go out of their way to help me. I bought the car and moved to a new state and the Nissan dealership in Kentucky was more than willing to do everything in their power to help me. I would not recommend this dealership. They do not follow up when they say they will, and they were not willing to help me out. I wouldn't say this, however, when another Nissan dealership was able to assist me and help me with my car damage, I knew that I was dealing with a horrible dealership back in Decatur, IL. The people who work here are the typical salesperson that hide things and make their words all fluffy, but do nothing to actually make your experience better. More
