My car has been in service for almost 2 months now. First it "needed" a new engine for oil sludge. $8,500. When I picked it up, I went home. An hour later, I tried to go to the store and sure enough, the car wouldn't start. They told me to try to jump-start the car and bring it back to them. After being unsuccessful for a couple of days, I called a tow truck to pick it up and take it back to Crown Nissan. They put a new battery in it and called to tell me it was ready. When I picked it up, the tailgate alarm went off before I even exited the parking lot. I immediately turned around and went back to the service department. They're now saying I owe a $300 deductible for the warranty to cover it. I expressed my frustration over more money when they promised everything had been checked and it was perfect. The service associate said that was the best he could do. I spoke to the service manager who said he had a solution and just needed to clear it with his boss. It's been an entire week and I have not heard back. I have called and left callback requests countless times. I even requested to escalate the call or continue holding for him when he gets a chance. The woman was incredibly rude and hung up on me. ...I still know absolutely NOTHING about my car. This is ENTIRELY UNACCEPTABLE. More
Even though I was on the lot hru the whole financing process and told them who I wanted to finance thru they still ran 7 hard inquiries thru my credit report. They also came up with a 9.9% interest rate with a 755 FICO score. I was never consulted on the process until papers were ready to sign. And then I find out that there was a 3000.00 dollar extra charge on my loan that ends up being the salesman's commission. Since when does the buyer pay the salesman's commission? This dealership is a rip off and I would never reccomend them to anyone. Last but not least,the engine light came on 2 days after purchase. This was a used car with no warranty. More
Update: After talking with the Service Manager Ryan, my husband and I see that there was a breakdown in communication that left us very upset and unaware of what really was going on. When I arrived at the dealership, I was quoted a higher price. Once I informed Austin of the difference in the price, he talked to me as if I had changed the prices. That was on them. They quoted me the price, and I was there to pay it! More
There was a tremendous interest for customer satisfaction while we were negotiating. That interest disappeared once I signed. I was not completely satisfied with the vehicle and the day after the transaction I asked if I could be given credit for the amount of the transaction towards another vehicle in the lot. I was told they would accept the vehicle on trade at a $5,000 loss. I presented the salesman with a counter to their offer and, three weeks later, I haven’t heard. I bought a new truck somewhere else but I haven’t received the title. DMV has not received the paperwork on my trade. Called and left messages for the business manager to call me with information about the title, but haven’t heard. More

Walker is a really awesome salesperson. He answered every question I had, and was an awesome example of what a salesperson should be. I went looking for a vehicle after I unexpectedly totaled my car. I rode my motorcycle to look and wound up at Crown Nissan. I was a bit distraught with my situation. Although I didn't pull up in a vehicle Larry Garrett greeted me in the parking lot. This Man didn't try to sale me on a vehicle, he said I looked a little unsure... he was correct in his assessment. He just talked to me like a friend, not a sales agent, I asked for his card. I went to see Larry a couple of days later. He allowed me to drive whatever I wanted, he allowed me to ask many questions with no impatience . He pushed me in no direction which allowed me to make the decision to purchase a new Pathfinder. He worked with me got me the absolute fair price for all to benefit. Thats the way it's supposed to work in America. I assure you of this, if you appreciate genuine character that is lacking these days, go find this gentleman at Crown Nissan of Greenville. For some it may not be a big decision to buy a new car, but for me its pretty big. So to Larry Garrett, Thank you. I can honestly say it was a pleasure doing business with you. Please beware of any trust or expectations you might have buying a used vehicle here. I purchased a used vehicle and was told that the extensive check was completed and performed by the sister Toyota dealers buying a used vehicle here. I purchased a used vehicle and was told that the extensive check was completed and performed by the sister Toyota dealership. 500 miles later , my check engine light comes on and I am now looking at $9719 in repairs. Transmission and u joints. No one can answer how this might have been missed during their inspection. Their attempt to resolve was to buy it back at 60% of the purchase price and buy something else at full retail. More
