Came in about 3 weeks to have my oil and battery changed. After 1 hour+, they said everything is all good and charged me. Today, my car battery died and I find out that they did not replace the battery a After 1 hour+, they said everything is all good and charged me. Today, my car battery died and I find out that they did not replace the battery and kept the old one in. I had to move my car and jump it then drive all the way back. They said that they had a "random" battery sitting that they were confused about and decided it was best to wait until someone showed up to pick it up. I don't understand why the could have called me to let me know or investigate to find out that they did not change the car battery. They also did not offer any discount for this inconvenience. I will never come back here again. You pay for a service for them not to perform it and act all fraudulent. More

They're trying to change my Gap Insurance, Mileage warranty, all system warranty and a different monthly contract agreement. They're tried to pull rug underneath me after I gave them the $3000 down. People I'm warning you right now, please stay away from crown motors. They're calling me everyday to change my contract. Once they signed the paperwork and the loan agreement it's shall be yours to upkeep. Becareful out there. More
